1. Delivery (Singapore Only)

Currently, we only make deliveries within Singapore excluding P.O box addresses. For location outside of Singapore, do drop us an email or use the enquiry form in the contact us page and check with us.

All finalized purchase will be sent out on the day itself or the next day by our staff or via Singpost registered mail service. You will receive a confirmation email with your details within 24 hours after payment. If there is any error, please give us a call immediately before the item is sent out. If the item has already been sent out, we regret to inform that we will not be able to make changes.

Special request:
If you wish the item to be delivered separately, to a different address or at a specific day/date, do drop us an email once you have made payment. If it is urgent, you can give us a call and we will try our best to meet them.

*Charges apply for multiple addresses and urgent deliveries, please check with us for details.

You should be receiving your items 2-3 working days after receiving the confirmation email. If you have yet to receive the item after 3 working days, do give us a call or drop us an email quoting your invoice reference number. If you did not receive any confirmation email, please check your spam folder of your mailbox and if to no avail, please give us a call or email us.

(Always use the same email which you have ordered with as we use it as a form of authentication)

Charges:
We charge a flat fee of S$4/- for every delivery order to a single addresses. Urgent delivery charge range from S$5 – S$20 depending on location, day, time and availability of our staff. However, we are unable to promise urgent deliveries to be available and it is on a case by case basis. Do give us a call to check with us before making any purchases.

 

 

 

2. Return\Exchange Policy ::

All purchases are final and goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We have made efforts to check every item before it is sent out. However, if you do find any defect in our products or if the delivered items is different from your order, do drop us an email within 10 days from date of purchase with the details and we will advise you from then on. We will change for you and bear all delivery cost in doing so if it is deem to be a mistake by us.

Please check and try the apparels before removing the tag or washing as we will not accept them if the tag is removed or it has been washed. We only accept items in their original condition.

Also do check out the individual SIZE CHARTS of the product first, which can be found on the product detail page, before finalizing any purchases.

Payment Method 3. Using an existing or creating a new PayPal account for transaction payments.
** If you have created a paypal account that is tied to your credit card, and that same credit card is used to make a purchase, Paypal requires you to login to the paypal account to complete the purchase.
